Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Viola's Place of Frankenmuth

Viola's Place is a Vacation Rental in the City of Frankenmuth. Viola was our neighbor of 20 years and she moved out at the end of July of 2017. This home is a perfect place for two couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. Within walking distance of the major attractions in town (Main Street about 1/3 of a mile from the home), this is the ideal home for your visit during the various festivals or for couples here during weddings at the major venues here!

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
