Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.

Clean 750 square foot Mother-In-Law apartment located in beautiful Palmer, Alaska. This apartment is located above a two car garage and has it's own entrance and complete privacy, while being attached to the main house. Views from the bedroom, living room and kitchen are unbeatable. Three miles to downtown Palmer as well as the Glenn Hwy and Palmer/Wasilla Hwy, and Alaska State Fairgrounds. Guest parking available directly next to entrance stairs.

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. A comfortable, cozy, private and secluded cabin for up to two guests. Our cabin is overlooking the Knik River Valley and Knik Glacier and offers spectacular views. The cabin is located a moderate 250 step hike from our parking area including two outdoor sets of steps so, self check-in is not an option.
