We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Beautiful Studio in Chico

Spacious 500sq. ft. guest unit with separate entrance located above a garage. It has an open concept room with queen bed, sofa with pull out full bed, kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 electric burners, microwave and Keurig. The space has a tv with Wi-Fi and lots of amenities that make for a comfortable stay. A big bathroom with tub and shower completes the space. No smoking or pets in the suite. Centrally located within a few minutes of downtown, the college, Lower and Upper Bidwell Park.

Stay in our artist suite in the Sierra foothills. The space features a two-room guest suite, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a patio open to an oak meadow. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! Level 2 EV charging is available upon request for an additional fee.

Step out your front door and into the hot tub overlooking a peaceful pond. You will enjoy the peace of Paradise but be only minutes away from Chico and many fun activities. Antique shopping, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Water sports, are all close by.

Oroville downtown getaway-close to everything

This cottage-style space features one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a full kitchen with everything you need to enjoy a gourmet meal...stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, glasses, cookwares, etc., as well as an in-suite set of washer and dryer for your convenience. Newly updated bed and comfortable mattress to ensure a good night's sleep! For additional guests, we provide a futon sofa and bedding. Watch Netflix on the smart TV if you just want to relax and unwind.
