Welcome to Smooth Sailing, our two-story guest space in Avon Village! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and Pamlico Sound views, it’s a cozy retreat on Hatteras Island. We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, outdoor shower, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and access to the Point is just a 3 mile drive!! Tucked back off highway 12 this sweet spot is just right for relaxing!
