This renovated 3 Bedroom penthouse apartment features a private roof deck, off-street parking, sunroom, and free in-unit laundry! A safe, spacious, and serene space. A historic building, it was one of the first handful of homes in Winthrop... built in 1860 (but since converted to two apartments and renovated).

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.
