Greatstone Barn, a detached, luxurious, spacious barn conversion in Rural Devon. Combining the best in style & comfort it has 4 ensuite bedrooms. The upstairs twin has the option of a pull out guest bed. A huge entrance hall leads to an impressive double height living room complete with wood burner, sofas for all, & TV/DVD player. A large well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area makes this a great space for gatherings. Other properties on site are available for rent. Sorry no pets.

Escape to our charming Mid Devon countryside cottage - located in the main courtyard of the old farm, is Apple Tree Cottage. Sleeping up to 4, it offers one double and one twin bedroom. Set on one level, there is a spacious open plan living area. You have a large secure private garden, plus direct access to meadows, woodland and an orchard. Whether seeking a peaceful countryside escape or a base to explore beautiful Devon, Apple Tree Cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Lower Chapeltown Cottage

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

West Farleigh Log Cabin

This unique rustic Log Cabin is the perfect place to get away from everyday life. Within the property there is a large open-plan kitchen/living area with bifold doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the living space you'll find yourself in the cosy bedroom with a super king size bed. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub, sun loungers, BBQ and fully fenced garden. After a day’s adventures what could be nicer than stargazing from the hot tub.

Pippins is just outside Tiverton with stunning Devon countryside views. This property offers a patio, free private parking and WiFi. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. It also has a private decking area. Bedroom one can be king or twin, ideal for families. Equal distance to north and south Devon, Pippins is an ideal holiday base.

The peace and views of Polka Dot are truly amazing and the spectacle continues into the night with the stars of our dark dark skies. There's plenty for kids and adults alike with loads of play and entertaining space.
