Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

Birch Cottage

Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and 30 mins to the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Charming Welsh cottage with pretty garden.

Garden Cottage is a lovely contemporary addition to an 18th century Welsh long house. With separate access & pretty private garden area, it consists of a double bedroom with ensuite shower, spacious open plan kitchen/living room & separate utility area with washing machine. Additionally, there is an outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. Free wifi and gas central heating ensures guests' comfort and convenience. The property is not suitable for small children, as there is a deep pond.

3 bedroom, peaceful, secluded, & large garden

Hidden away on the edge of the ancient Forest of Dean, in the beautiful Wye Valley, with a large secluded garden, accessed by a mile long, narrow, single track lane, hanging with ferns in summer. It's is a fabulous place for walkers and town escapees. Once a woodman’s cottage, with a cosy, spacious interior, fully equipped kitchen, log burner, very comfortable beds, all you need for a relaxing break. Not suitable for young children 1-12, the large garden has a pond and steep terracing.

Welsh Gatehouse: Luxury 13th Century Medieval Home

The Welsh Gatehouse is a beautiful historic house with modern amenities. Imagine staying in a fairy tale castle built in 1270. The thick walls, ancient windows & steep spiral staircase say 'history'. Romantic log fires keep you warm you in winter, & the thick walls keep you cool in summer. Views from the top of the tower are extraordinary over the Severn Bridges and the Breacon Beacons (NB we call this the terrace in our description below). Unique, luxurious, quirky yet comfortable.

Yeomans Acre - Chepstow

Located within the grounds of the owners house, Yeomans Lodge is a newly renovated, quirky, self-contained, compact bungalow. It is a perfect location if you’re looking to escape to the countryside. The historic town of Chepstow and magnificent Wye Valley is a short drive away. Please note that the airbnb is in Crick, Chepstow, on some occasions the airbnb g00gle link takes you to Yeomans Acre in Gloucester which is the wrong location. Trying to sort the issue with Airbnb.

The Reel Cinema Experience

A revolutionary home cinema experience built from a passion for films and sound. If you think your local cinema is good then boy have I got a treat for you! Olli's cottage is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburds, newly refurbished 700sq Ft/70 Sqm with private terrace and hot tub (3 days notice required/small extra charge). In close proximity to La Villa Olli: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (Small extra charge). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip in a tranquil environment within 5 minutes access to country pubs.

Gaer Hill cottage is situated just ten minutes from Chepstow race course and 30 minutes walk from the start of wye valley with Tintern abbey 15 mins drive. This 3 bed cottage is the perfect place to explore from or just kick back and relax. If you enjoy farm life this could be the place as you can watch cows graze from the bedroom window or even have sheep pass your front door or maybe a horse wonder by!
