It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities.
