Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas just 38 miles from Yosemite Natl Park, and 5 min from moccasin boat launch lake Don Pedro. Secluded on 47 acres, the newly built (2017) home is close to nature yet offers all the modern comforts. Outside you can enjoy activities in the mountains and lakes, or just relax and stargaze from the hot tub. The inside is spacious and tastefully decorated, including a modern gourmet kitchen and a luxe master suite with a fireplace and spa bathroom.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Our lofted cabin in the woods features an open-concept living area and spacious movie theater den. The deck provides a second living area with wooded mountain views. All lovingly (and painstakingly) updated by a proud brother-sister duo so everyone can enjoy the mountains like we have. We're close to sledding, skiing, lakes with sandy beaches, river rafting, fishing, hiking, and more. After a long day of exploring, soak in our spa under the stars or watch a movie in our theater.

Come enjoy this rustic cottage surrounded by nature on our 114 acre homestead in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Peaceful private forest setting. Enjoy energizing walks, star gazing with the telescope, or our waterfall! Kids love our toys, obstacle course, trampoline, tetherball, basketball, and more! Summer is upon us, and the weather is perfect! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

Enjoy the tranquil decks and spa with canyon and forest views, spa, and fireplaces at our secluded 3-level Chalet in the Stanislaus National Forest. Lots of room for friends and family! Located 7 miles from Murphys and Arnold and near wineries, Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, and the Stanislaus River. Our home has fun things to do, including snow sleds, fishing poles, arcade-quality air hockey, darts, and many games!
