Charming, independent one-bedroom apartment (approximately 50 m2) adjoining the owners' house, located on a private estate surrounded by nature. The interior has been recently renovated and includes: A double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe in the bedroom. A sofa bed (160x190 cm) with a new mattress, a single armchair, a coffee table, and a TV with a stand in the main living area. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. A shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided. A small terrace with mosaic bistro tables and chairs, and a lounge area. A garden relaxation area, private jacuzzi, and lagoon-style swimming pool (approximately 8x4 m + beach area / south-facing / open from May to September) are shared with guests of the studio apartment, which is also available for rent. Electric gate, independent entrance to the apartment. The house is located 1.3 km from the village center.

Het huis staat in Callas, een levendig oud typisch Zuid-Frans dorpje met 5 restaurants, winkeltjes, een goede bakker, supermarktje, wekelijkse markt, een bar. In de zomer zijn er regelmatig evenementen als concerten, rommelmarkten, theater, etc. Zowel de zee als de Lac Saint-Croix/Gorges du Verdon liggen op circa 40 min rijden.
