Quiet 2-bedroom home with indoor fireplace

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private back patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

Get cozy by the gas fireplace with a book from our little library, work on your laptop in the desk nook or make an outdoor fire + star-gaze on the patio. Welcome to the "Parker Tract" river house, a modern retreat in the Columbia Gorge along the Washougal River with 200 feet of private riverfront and an incredible swimming and fishing hole. The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location.

We are 7 minutes from the Nike Headquarters, 2 minutes from Columbia Sportswear Headquarters, and 15 minutes from Intel, making it a perfect stay for your business needs. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Comfort in the Trees, Sleeps 8, near PDX

Our home is light, cheerful, and nearly 2000 sq. ft. The large deck is perfect for barbecues and is nested in trees. The gas fireplace and TV in the family room make it cozy. The full kitchen boasts an island bar and a small kitchen table. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a queen bed and spacious bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each contain an antique double bed with a full bathroom in between. A comfortable queen hideabed is downstairs, as well as a half-bathroom.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with quick access to I-84. We are just 12 minutes to Gresham but have the feeling of being secluded. In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a miniature donkey, a sheep and chickens. No Pets allowed.

Garden Apartment

Close to PDX, Portland and the Columbia River Gorge. The Garden Apartment has a private entrance from the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed along with two futons in the living area. There is a full kitchen and laundry room. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Columbia River from the covered patio with a futon for lounging, and table and chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
