The recently renovated Cottage boasts a wood burning fire in the open plan family room which opens up onto the patio via French Doors. Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. The flat is located just a five-minute walk away from the centre Ballater. The village has a large Co-op and plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants and plenty of shops for your perusal. There are three steps up to the property itself.
