The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (access by lift) of a prestigious building on one of the most renowned streets of Genoa's city centre. The well known Aquarium and Old Port (Porto Antico) can be reached by foot in ten minutes walking through the historic centre or down the characteristic paved streets of Via San Lorenzo. This beautiful area of Genoa boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops and much more. Delightful boat trips are available from the Old port (Porto Antico) to the renowned towns of Camogli, Portofino and the beautiful Cinque Terre.

Spiaggia a 5minuti a piedi, attraverso tipico "caruggio", dopo aver attraversato la strada Aurelia raggiungibile da una scalinata sotto casa. Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. Grande camera da letto con salottino, zona cucina pratica, area pranzo, televisori, condizionatori, bagno nuovissimo. La casa si affaccia su un' antica piazza ligure. La piazza è vicino alla ferrovia del treno, non adatto a chi vuole silenzio assoluto. Doppi vetri,mai lamentele da parte di nessuno. Negozi sotto casa.
