MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in Sydney. This is a great location, central to downtown Sydney, Sydney River, and Membertou. This home has been newly renovated and features all the amenities of home, all hardwood and cushion floors, lots of natural light and a babbling brook in the expansive back yard. There is a small apartment in a section of the basement. Everything is separate and nothing is shared except the driveway. Note: Only small non shedding dogs due to allergies

Simple but extremely comfortable our second home has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing getaway! Fully equipped kitchen with open-concept, cozy living room. Two double bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second level. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap on the master bedroom balcony. A sunroom on the main floor completes this welcoming cottage.

Sorry, no motorcycles, please. WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires and AWD needed for driveway, but it is always plowed and sanded.

Welcome to our 9 acre private lot sitting up on a hill over looking the beautiful Mira River. Enjoy the open concept cottage with spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. A short walk down the hill takes you to your own private beach on the Mira River to swim in the day and enjoy a bon fire at night. The spacious deck has a large hot tub and chairs to enjoy the views. The property also has its own 1km hiking trail that circles the property.

We are 30 minutes from the Newfoundland Ferry terminal in North Sydney, 20 minutes from the entrance to the Cabot Trail via the Englishtown Cable Ferry . We are 30 minutes from the Village of Baddeck, home of the Alexander Graham Bell Museum and the and the Falls in rear Baddeck. Louisbourg is 1 1/2 hours away.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin located on hwy 4 only 13 min from Sydney River, 5min from the ski hill and benion marina, 1 min from the country market where you can get anything needed including a ice cream sore in summer and small liquor store. If you’re joining us in the summer we are only 1.5min from east bay sand bar an amazing beach and 3min from the walking trails:) complete with fire pit and large back deck.

Point Edward Guesthouse

Our cozy guest house is located along the Point Edward Highway, but don't let the name of our street discourage you from staying. It is a lovely, quiet, rural setting, along the shores of Sydney Harbour. Very centrally located between the city of Sydney and surrounding towns. The view is calming, and can be enjoyed on the covered front deck. Be sure to catch one of the stunning sunsets during your stay!
