The Carriage House building is located 1/2 block to the beach and two blocks to the center of the historic downtown. It offers two individual apartments, each with two floors of living space. Apartment "B" is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Apartment "A" is 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Both have a porch and a bedroom balcony. Pricing is for double occupancy. Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat.

Inside, enjoy the newly renovated home. Refurbished original hardwood floors and a new washer and dryer.

We offer a spacious second floor loft, supplying beach towels, towels, shampoo, soaps, conditioner, linens, blankets, 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, umbrella. Centrally located 2 blocks from the beach and in the middle of all the shopping and dining. We want you to show up, un pack and relax. This is a Couples Retreat and a nice “quiet”place to relax and unwind, we ask our guests to be respectful of the space. Street Parking

The cottage is close to the premier birding area of the eastern migratory route , The rural setting is minutes from the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining.Close to the Beach , Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm,Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Meadows and numerous hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.

Simplicity..close to Coast Guard base, mall, beach

Simplicity at the beach...ease of living....you won't need a vacation after staying here...our sole purpose is to provide a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed enough to enjoy our beautiful town. We do provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and bath towels for 4 people. 😊 We also have a guidebook that has many things to do around town. Please check it out. No pets as daughter is allergic. FYI…no charging golf carts or electric vehicles.
