This mid-terrace cottage is situated in a hamlet, two miles outside of Bala, a gateway to Snowdonia National Park with pubs, restaurants and outdoor activities. Our cottage is surrounded by farms and hills, a perfect spot for a getaway. There are walking paths in front of the house, leading you through the stunning Welsh landscape; Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is a 5 minute drive away and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) 60 minutes. The beaches by the Llyn Peninsula and Barmouth are only 45m away. Pet free.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The surroundings are wonderful, we even have our lake for fishing, swimming or perhaps kayaking. This is a really good flat, and forms the top two floors of a classy house. 28 step staircase, so be aware. Access is private. Bedroom in attic. King Size Four poster. The living area and kitchen are on the level below, which is the 2nd floor of the building. Windows either side for views of town and country. Bathroom on this floor. Bath with shower attachment. Space and light and sense of privacy, and very, very handy for town's amenities.
