Casa Anica este situata pe strada a 5 a, la aproximativ 500 metri de centrul orasului Sulina, si la 10 minute de mers cu masina fata de plaja.In aproprierea casei se afla numeroase magazine,terase si restaurante cu specific pescaresc si international.Casa este complet mobilata si utilata.In curte gasiti un foisor cu gratar,piscina.Curtea este spatioasa,perfecta pentru familii cu copii si nu numai.Pozitionata intr-o zona linistita este perfecta pentru relaxare si odihna.Va asteptam cu drag!

Locuinta individuala situata intr-o zona linistita, cu priveliste la Dunare. Locuinta are 2 dormitoare, 1 living, 1 baie, 1 bucatarie deschisa, echipata complet si zona de dining. Spatii de dormit: - dormitor 1 : 1 pat cu saltea de 160 x 200 cm - dormitor 2: 1 pat cu saltea de 160 x 200 cm - living : canapea extensibila cu extensie de 140x 190 cm Toate camerele sunt echipate cu aer conditionat. Acces separat pe scara exterioara. Acces gratuit la ponton de pescuit la Dunare.

Birds House

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use kayaks and a rowing boat for free.

Sunny apartment with side view to the Danube

The apartment is situated in the center of the city and at a 20-30 minutes walk to the beach (5 minutes by car). The living room has a balcony with a side view to the Danube. The doors to the balcony can open wide and you can enjoy a beautiful huge terrace. The apartment has 3 rooms - one separated with a door and 2 that form a large open-space. Pets are welcome if you are sure they are trained to stay in an apartment :). I hope you will enjoy exploring the Delta!

This custom made yacht was completely renovated. It has two family cabins with four bunk beds and one cabin with two bunk beds. Each cabin has its own bathroom.
