Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.

Changeover days are Fridays & Mondays or shorter stays by arrangement. In July & August school holidays we do weekly bookings, changing over on a Friday.

The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)

We are a smallholding with chickens and geese as well as our friendly cocker spaniels. Carnon Downs offers a range of local facilities.

Ideally located to explore beaches on north & south coasts.
