All this in a location that is less than 20 minutes drive from the famous beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively pour yourself a glass of wine, relax and let the world turn a little!

Newly built small home in Feock

Completed in April 2024, the Annexe is completely self contained and is located at the end of the patio at the rear of our home. Ideally located between Truro (4 miles) and Falmouth (9 miles) with both the north and south Cornish coasts in easy striking distance. Minutes away from Trelissick Gardens with their beautiful woodland walks. 1 mile down the road is the King Harry Ferry taking you across the Fal to access the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. The Punchbowl & Ladle is a 5 minute walk away.

The Applehay

Set within an apple orchard on the grounds of Eathorne Manor, the Applehay is the ideal spot for a getaway. Whether a romantic escape, or a writing retreat, the shepherd's hut offers a back to nature experience, with splash of luxury. Surrounded by rose strewn apple trees and wild grasses and the shepherd's hut has all you need to escape from the humdrum. A short drive from the buzz of Falmouth, or the tranquil beaches of the Helford river, the Applehay is the ideal base for exploration.

Our Beautiful shepherds Hut is set within the grounds of our home, A 10 minute walk from Tehidy woods. Close to portreath beach (2 Miles) and a 10-20 minute drive to Hayle, St Ives and many other sandy beaches. Explore the coastal paths, spectacular nature and Lighthouse at Godrevy or simply dine al fresco on the decking . "Lowena" has a king sized bed, and a well equipped kitchen including a 2 ring electric hob, microwave, and a fridge . A Tranquil getaway with all the home comforts .

Breathtaking views St Agnes

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Peaceful and stylish self-contained private retreat with a beautiful sunny courtyard ideal for a glass of wine in the evening sunshine ,your own entrance. A short 14-min walk to beach, just 4 mins walk into town, 11 mins to Penmere train station. Free street parking 24/7 Seaview Pub at end of the road Spar shop around the corner. Includes Netflix, Now TV , sky BBC .Functional kitchen air fryer, and microwave. MOST IMPORTANTLY; I try my best to make sure my guests enjoy every moment

Enjoy a cosy night with the log burner or Sit under the stars next to the fire pit whilst sipping hot chocolate or a bottle of chilled pressecco 🥂.

The place is conveniently situated in a residential area in central Truro and can be used as a base to explore the city and the county of Cornwall. It provides easy access to public transport and is a 10-minute walk away from the city centre, shops and restaurants. The annex will be spotlessly clean on arrival.
