Supermercado y cafeteria (5min caminando), comunidad muy tranquila para trabajo o descansar despues de un dia en la playa o hacer turismo en nuestro hermoso Puerto Rico. The airport and Old San Juan are only 15 mins. away from our place and there is access to Uber and public transportation. If you prefer to bring a car there is parking space in the street.

We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.
