The Willard Mill House - A Forest & River Getaway

We're nestled on the edge of Gifford Pinchot National Forest and just a stone's throw from the Little White Salmon River. Close enough to town (16 min to the Hood River bridge), but far enough away to relax and unwind. Cozy creative loft ("treehouse") in serene peaceful forest setting near Rock Creek, 1 mile to Skamania Lodge or waterfall; 1.5 miles city center. Separate bdrm with sink; full bath, full kitchen, den w/couch-pull out queen bed, lounge beside window, gas wall fireplace, outdoor tub/shower, deck overlooking forest. Chickens on site. Environmentally friendly, many construction materials are considered LEED certification worthy. Lots of windows. Backyard deck, metal chiminea, gas BBQ. No TV.

Shellrock cabin is a comfortable place where you can escape, relax and unwind in this beautiful setting.

Gorge Modern Cabin- your own private world!

Your own private retreat- stunning modern cabin on 16 secluded acres in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge — just 45 minutes from Portland. Soaring wall of windows and views of cedar trees and seasonal creek. After a day exploring the Gorge, unwind in the oversized soaking tub with forest views. The daylight lower level includes two bunk rooms and a full bath. Enjoy mornings on the porch and evenings around the fire. Wood-fired hot tub available upon request for an additional $75 fee.

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Blackbird Cottage is located on 9 wooded acres. You'll have the entire second floor which includes a separate entrance, kitchen & dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer plus a deck with picnic table and grill. There are 3 queen beds and a twin providing sleeping for 7. Explore the garden with goldfish & koi ponds, 1100' of creek, 2 waterfalls, & a picnic area or take a short hike to an overlook of the Columbia River Owner lives downstairs. No animals (allergies).

The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guesthouse primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guesthouse for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guesthouse with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. It has expansive views of Hood River, Mt Hood, and our favorite view, looking directly down the gorge.
