The house, built from old growth redwoods in the 1860s, will take you back in time...to a time when the Caspar Lumber Company was in full swing. Historical photos and stories are provided for those interested in stepping back in time. Caspar is an an inviting community today. Walk to a beach and the very accessible Caspar Headlands. The sounds of nearby sea lions are delightful!

This cozy house was just built on 3-acres. This property has all modern appliances & everything you will need for cooking. There is a covered front porch that overlooks a garden & has a barbecue for a relaxing meal. The back of the property has a fire pit & table for roasting marshmallows. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.

The Water Tower is tucked away and nestled among redwoods a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. This is a place to disconnect and reconnect with the surroundings. To unplug and decompress from busy life. About 5 miles from our town of Elk and a nice coastal drive 14 miles to the historic village of Mendocino. Our calendar is open 3 months in advance.
