En la puerta del hotel hay un carril bici que lleva al centro de Salamanca. En los alrededores hay bares, restaurantes, supermercados, piscinas y caminos rurales. Hay una línea regular de autobús urbano a 1 minuto del apartahotel con parada en el centro de la ciudad con una frecuencia de parada de 15 minutos. Las mascotas tienen que estar siempre vigiladas (no pueden quedarse solas en el alojamiento).
