With abundant wildlife, fabulous countryside walks and views from the doorstep, it’s truly a special place to relax around nature. There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained with private woods, trampoline, swing, football net and Wii. Everything you would need is provided along with fresh eggs from our free roaming hens when laying, coffee pods and wood for the wood burner.

Set in a quiet village location,with local pub, mini supermarket and petrol station it is just minutes from the A303 and A37 and an ideal base to use, to tour this lovely part of England. We provide milk on arrival +tea & coffee.

The Log Cabin was shown on Episode one of Channel 4's 'Cabins in the Wild' and offers a luxurious and quirky back to basics self- catering experience but with all mod cons as well. It has stunning views over the surrounding countryside to Glastonbury Tor. There is a toilet and shower as well as a kitchen and living area. Outside is a covered porch with gas BBQ. There is access to our fields for outdoor games and activities or to connect with local walks.

Little Brook, Batcombe, nr Bruton

Nestled in the heart of Batcombe, our renovated coach house offers a comfortable place to stay. The cottage is situated in a picturesque village a few yards from fantastic walks across the mendip hills. Bookings for Christmas, Easter min 3 days also bank holidays must be a minimum of 3 nights, Friday-Monday. Also up to 2 dogs are very welcome. There is a £10 per dog per night charge which can either be added to Airbnb booking or paid when here.

Flying Dragon's Nest self catering apartment has a cosy bedroom and king sized bed. The comfy living room has a double sofa bed and television. Kitchen with all amenities. We have a conservatory for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine and patio outside to watch those amazing sunsets. Because we have a fabulous view we do have 37 steps down to the apartment!! This characterful old house is set in the truly beautiful small town of Somerton, full of listed buildings and surrounded by rolling hills and great views. The local shops are a few mins walk from the house. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoors space. Its a whole wing of this house not actually the whole house, but is totally private.
