"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

The home has two outdoor patios, a hot tub, grill, propane fire pit, arcade game, board games, a beach area overlooking a 5 acre non motorized lake, paddle board, kayaks & a fun social media worthy prohibition room.

You can enjoy peace and quiet while staying here, but also close to the exciting attractions in Wisconsin Dells (28min away) or another close by lake; Castle Rock Lake (18min away). Nature, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets await you! Hot-tub relaxation in our enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Private piers for fishing. The lake is great for fishing, ice fishing, kayaks, and canoes.

Quaint quiet two bedroom house with a full kitchen, spacious living room, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill along with a nice view of Castle Rock Lake. Relax with the whole family playing games at this peaceful place. This house is a no smoking , no pets. When using the hot tub, food and glass containers are not allowed.We have added a washer and dryer, electric fireplaces and a work space that is at the table in the rec room. The Wi-Fi is wireless.
