There are lots of coconut palms so you can make your own island drink. It's such a beautiful place to relax and feel the ocean breezes. The sand beach is lovely for walking. These 900sqft units consist of an entryway that leads you straight into the bedroom area. The room is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen, HD television, a 2 seated dining table with chairs, 10ft ceilings, spacious closets, premium bedding and king-sized beds. The floor to ceiling, glass sliding doors offer a natural portrait of the pristine beach and a walk out to the patio.

Cat's Cove is situated on 2 private beachfront acres on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Exuma Sound. And with an empty lot next to us for even more privacy!
