In the city centre of Catania, at a walking distance from the historical sites, our ample apartment has a private terrace to dine and relax, and it's perfect for exploring the city while enjoying a comfortable stay. The property is divided into two units connected by the private terrace: a large loft with the main bedroom open onto the living room (no door), an ample bathroom and fully equipped kitchen and then the single room with its separate entrance from the terrace and an ensuite bathroom.

"Terrazza Sveva" is a prestigious apartment located on the second floor of a nineteenth-century building without a lift. It features 150 square meters (1614 square feet) of total living space on two levels, with four bedrooms (three bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds). It stands out for its large terrace with a front-row view of Castle. Its location allows you to easily reach most of the monuments and attractions that the city offers.
