Finally finished after a 2 year refurbishment and new to the market.A spacious 4 double bedroom 2 reception Period house.Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the centre of town. The house has all the modern amenities for both young and old.There is free parking attached to the property but it not for the faint hearted as it on a narrow steep hill.(well it is Cornwall) The west facing patio is an excellent place to experience the sun setting over the two rivers meeting.
