Very clean mobile home on the Oconto River, with direct access to UTV/ATV Dusty Trail System and fishing out the front door. 2 bedroom 1 Bath. Cozy furnished living room and kitchen that is stocked with all cooking utensils needed for cooking and a great view of the river, large screen porch for dining or just relaxing, gas grill , coffee maker , TV. Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

(Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.
