Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). This beautifully renovated home (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, central gas heat and central AC. Its a bright, clean, cozy space for anyone wanting to be close to Portland (but not too close) and surrounded by nature. There is some ambient noise from the creek below (a beaver partially dammed it creating a fall) and the highway above.

We have the fully equipped kitchen, the grill and the big dining table which can accommodate at least 14 people. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, easy to access, and other three bedrooms and the playing area are downstairs. We have beds for up to 20 people.
