The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Your home away from home The Apple Kor Cottage is a single-family home nestled in the small town of Cedaredge, Colorado. Sitting at the base of the Grand Mesa, It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, wit a large, covered patio to relax and enjoy fireplace for the cool Colorado evenings. The pet-friendly home sleeps 7 comfortably and includes a game room for family games and a night of cards or a good game of poker for your enjoyment during your stay. An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

72-acre Paradise on Grand Mesa w/ Nice Log Cabin

Well-appointed log cabin at 9000' on Grand Mesa w/ Starlink internet on 72 acres borders National Forest and boasts unmatched views, massive aspen groves, and direct access to West Green Mountain trail (~1/4 mile away from the north edge of the property). This off-grid cabin has running water, full kitchen & nice bathroom w/ shower via solar PV system, propane appliances & backup generator. NO PETS and must have AWD or 4WD vehicle, no exceptions. Owner's personal residence, treat it nicely!

Easy to get to shops and restaurants in town and outdoor adventure on the largest flat-topped mountain in the world where you can hike, fish, ATV, hunt, downhill and cross-country ski, mountain bike, snowmobile and more. After an exciting day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, sit around the fire pit, BBQ or meander down to the creek to relax.

Lots to do with over 500 acres to explore, hike, or ride your horses right in the center of town. Walk to any festival or just enjoy the quiet seclusion next to the fully stocked 3 acre lake. The Grand Mesa has lakes to fish, trails for horseback riding, skiing and snowmobiling.

Yonder Mountain Retreat

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies).
