Elegant and Stylish Designer Apartment in Central Athens

The 100 sq meters 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a privileged residence building on the 5th floor in front of a spacy park.It is a sunny apartment with all the rooms viewing directly to the park and to further horizon (the balcony has direct access to that view), without having a road between the entrance of the building and the park ,in a very quiet location, few steps away from local night life. IIn more detail: The apartment: As you enter the apartment (100 sq.m renovated) there is an entrance hall with an open kitchen on the left and a bar with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave and dish washer included).In front, there is a spacy sitting room with a 4K smart tv (neflix channel included), a dining room (big wooden designed oval table with 8 chairs ).In both sitting and dining area you can enjoy the park view and the tranquil open space ,without anything reminding you that you are in the center of a big city. In that area there is also an office table for use of laptop etc. On the right (there are glass doors that can provide privacy) there is a modern, confortable sofa bed, that can accommodate 2 people (210x140 cm). Sofa in the sitting area, dining table, chairs and stools are recently bought from KARE design store. Beside the kitchen there is a small corridor that separates the sitting, dining and kitchen area from the rest apartment. When you open the door to enter to the bedrooms and toilet ,bathroom area, you have on your left a small toilet wc and on the right the one bedroom with 2 single beds (brand new eco mattresses for extra comfort sleep, 200 x90 cm or 3’x 6’66’’ft each) that can be attached ,wardrobe and access to the balcony. Further on the right there is the main bedroom with a 200 x 200 super king size bed (brand new eco mattress for extra comfort sleep size 183 x 203 cm or 6’ x 6’ 66’’ ft) with wardrobe and access to the balcony. Just opposite to that, there is the big bathroom with shower and bath facilities, and at the end of the corridor a small storage area, where there is a washing machine. We are available for any help during your stay! A central neighborhood of Athens, you can easily walk around the area and encounter local stores, galleries, small theaters, restaurants, and bars. Kallimarmaro and Kolonaki also has several parks. The apartment can be accessed very easily from the airport and the port. The metro station (Evangelismos –blue line ) has a direct access from the airport and is a 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. In case you choose the metro or the bus, carrying heavy luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi from the bus/metro station to the apartment (less than 5 min, costs 3,20 eur), because it is situated uphill (e.g. some steps if you prefer to save distance) ,which is also the reason of the excellent horizon and view of the park. From port of Piraeus around 40 mins away, you take the train towards kifisia(green line), and change at monastiraki station to blue line towards either airport or doukisis plakentias and exit at evagelismos station. There is a private parking 100 m from the apartment. Transportation facilities (from/to the airport with very competitive prices, or day trips or tours) can also be arranged on request. Mattresses for all beds are ECOSLEEP (type BIOREST-new technology layers with advanced foam materials, such as memory foam for extra comfort sleep) Open area is a balcony 12 meters long that can be reachable from all bedrooms and sitting areas with view on the park. There is a strong Wi Fi signal. There are 2 elevators (1 normal and 1 small) in the building with access to the floor (5th). There is a private parking located 100 m from the apartment. Smoking is allowed in open spaces (balcony)

Olive Branch, Mediterranean Apartment

The apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building is equipped with air conditioning system for cooling and heating.It is a Non smoking apartment (only on the veranda is allowed). Renovated in May 2018. The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed,and a small room,with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person.Possibility of placing baby folding bed. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools and a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, fire blanket, smoke detector, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; it has a folding table with two folding chairs for seating. The approximately 30 square meters big and spacious Veranda offers a rather big table and a bench; the veranda is equipped with awnings, which are electrically operated. The apartment is fully available for the guests. We will be available for anything you might need during your stay. Most everyday amenities lie within a range of 200 meters of the apartment. The historical center of Athens, with the Plaka and the flea market at Monastiraki Square, and lures like The Acropolis, are situated within walking distance. >METRO Station "KERAMIKOS" : 600 meters walking distance, approximately 8 minutes.From KERAMIKOS METRO STATION by METRO, directly to the ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT "ELEFTHERIOS VENIZELOS": 42 minutes. >Suburban train station "PETRALONA": 800 meters walking distance, approximately 10 minutes.From that Station by train directly to the PIREAUS PORT : 13 minutes. >Suburban train station "THISSIO": 900 meters walking distance, approximately 12 minutes. Quite and family neighborhood. All the historical sites within your grasp.

Modernized Apartment with Private Balcony

The 80 sq.m. (861 sq.ft.) apartment was renovated in June 2017. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a larger than average sized bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, stove, microwave oven, toaster). The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people and families are welcome. Because of the renovation our guests, will be able to enjoy the sense of the old Athenian apartment (large windows, hardwood floors) with the modern day amenities! Apart from the apartment our guests are welcome to use our rooftop where one can relax or enjoy one of the day's meals. As more apartments are available in the same building for rent, families or friends traveling together can staytogether! As this is a family-owned building one of us will be readily available should any advice be needed or any problems arise. We are very discrete and willing to help our guests with any questions they might have regarding the apartment or their Athens stay in general. The apartment is located right behind the National Gallery and very close to the Byzantine Museum, one of Athens' most beautiful cultural spots. There are numerous small bars and restaurants in the the area, while Kolonaki is a 10 minute walk away. The metro is the best way to get around in Athens but there are also numerous bus stops very close to the apartment. If you are visiting by car, we have limited free parking for our guests!
