This lovely Georgian house is centrally located in the beautiful market town of Ampthill, two minute walk to all the numerous amenities, pubs, restaurants, Waitrose supermarket, antique shops, and stunning parks. The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.
