This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Close to everything and also very quiet and private at the same time. There are 3 full bedrooms with private full bathrooms each room. We can make arrangements for many catering options on board. Looking for a truly unique and fun experience, spend a few days, weeks or months on our 40 ft mini yacht, docked in harbor. Enjoy calm and peace with all the comforts of home, with added dolphin sightings swimming by. We keep two days between bookings and use a professional cleaning crew to clean and sanitize to the Airbnb COVID Standards. We provide the checklist upon request. “Bumboat” is a 28 foot sailboat moored 50 yards off a beautiful beach in Fort Pierce Florida. Close to bars, restaurants, beach and downtown Fort Pierce. This is a “glamping” experience. Sleeps 4. Bathroom, fresh water, a/c, quiet Generator. 1 paddle board included. A motorized dingy is provided for transport to and from the boat. Assistance with transport to the boat instruction on use of all amenities will be provided on check in.
