Das freistehende neu renovierte Ferienhaus (ca.75qm) mit eigenen Garten und 2 Terrassen befindet sich nur 10Km von Berlin und Potsdam entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Autobahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen rund um Berlin und Potsdam. Genießen Sie im Ferienhaus die Ruhe und das Grün der Umgebung. Gastronomie und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Stahnsdorf fußläufig zu erreichen. Bestens geeignet für Familien, Geschäftsreisende, Paare und Langzeitaufenthalte.

Bücherhäuschen am Bergwitzsee

Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich 12 km südlich der Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Das alte, circa 90 m2 grosse Haus wurde von uns liebevoll renoviert und der Charakter dabei weitgehend erhalten. In der unteren Etage befinden sich eine Wohnküche mit Sitzmöglichkeit für 6 Personen, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Wohnzimmer, in der oberen Etage zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie unser Wohnhaus, so dass wir bei Fragen zur Verfügung stehen.

Potsdam ist mit dem Bus oder Auto in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar. Durch einen Regionalbahnanschluss im Ort, bist Du vom Bahnhof Wilhelmshorst in 30 Min. am Berliner Hbf. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine sonnige Südterrasse und einen ca. 1000 qm großen Garten zum Entspannen. Nach einem Tag Sightseeing können Eure Kinder hier nach Herzenslust spielen.

Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Schöne Wanderwege in den verschlungenen linkselbischen Tälern gilt es genauso zu entdecken wie die Weinstadt Radebeul mit dem Spitzhaus und dem historischen Dorfanger Alt-Kötzschenbroda (Kneipen). Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

Remise Graefekiez – Hideaway in Kreuzberg

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

The homelike studio at "Das Kutscherhäuschen" features wooden floors, solid wood furniture and soft lighting. It has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Alternatively, several restaurants and cafés can be found within a 10-minute walk. Warmly decorated studio offers free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
