On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. Tea kettle, coffee maker mini refrigerator are provided. We have a kitchenette set up available for our guests. Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests. No toddlers.

Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.

Come relax and enjoy the whole house with this listing. We live in a beautiful quiet Amish community. Lots of space to enjoy on our 8 acres of property. Enjoy having your morning coffee on our front porch. We have a small barn with goats and chickens that love attention. During the winter months we do not have the farm animals at the farm. We are 11 miles from Brookfield, 22 miles from Cooperstown, 23 miles from Hamilton College, 22 miles from New Hartford/Utica area.
