Lower level houses the media/billiards room and 4 en-suite bedrooms all with individual private outdoor patios. Close to Peekamoose and Zephyr restaurants. Few minuets from Phoenicia and a little further is the historic Town of Woodstock with its long history in the arts and music.

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. This property is just over 1,100 square feet, was built in 1980 and has been renovated with a more modern feel while still keeping the charm of a mountainous retreat. You will have a stunning view of the face of the mountain, which is beautifully lit at night, from the back deck and the master bedroom.
