Το Mimoza's Apartments βρίσκεται στο χωριό Tραυλιατα σχεδόν 6 χλμ έξω από το Αργοστόλι, επίσης, απέχει σχεδόν 6 χλμ και από το αεροδρόμιο Κεφαλονιάς. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν Wifi καθώς και smart tv για χαλάρωση στο σαλόνι. Υπαρχει καθαριότητα κάθε τρίτη μέρα και το κτηριο διαθετει κλειστο γκαραζ.
