The Thomas Room -SuperKing Room in Victorian Villa

Tony & Chris (and their 3 gorgeous doggies) invite you to come stay in their home and will give you a very warm welcome. The Grand Room and private luxury bathroom will allow you to experience a touch of decadence! Brohedyn is a large Victorian villa situated in the village of Adpar, part of the small market-town of Newcastle Emlyn. We also have 2 further luxury double rooms potentially available with shared shower room, each of which can be upsized to triple rooms with the addition of a Z-bed.

Room 5 at the Highcliffe

Set in the peaceful West Wales village of Aberporth, the Highcliffe stands on a hillside overlooking Cardigan Bay and is just a 2 minute walk from two beautiful sandy beaches. Guests will stay in individually designed ensuite rooms, some with sea views and can enjoy superb coastal walks with panoramic scenery and dolphin sightings. We operate on an unmanned basis with easy pin code entry and provide complimentary wi-fi, toiletries, tea & coffee and breakfast trays. *Respectfully - no infants.

Bring family or friends to 'Lavender Fields' suite

Lavender Fields is our largest room, ideal for a couple wanting plenty of space, or ideal as a family room, or share with friends. The 5th bed is a pull out bed (extra charges apply for 3+ guests). The suite is on the first floor of the Coach House, having wooden steps (might not be suitable for young children at present) to a balcony and entrance. Situated in the courtyard of the 18C Black Lion Hotel, where there is our guest lounge and cafe, with oak beams and large inglenook fireplace.

Family Room (2) at The Moo-Tel

The Moo-Tel consists of 11 cow themed rooms and a shared living space, it has everything you need for the perfect getaway! The Moo-Tel is situated in close proximity to the Moody Cow, our on-site Bistro, Farm Shop, and the Moody Calf Play Barn. Located just 5 mins drive to the pretty harbour Town of Aberaeron and 10 mins drive to New Quay with it's glorious sandy beaches, water sports and dolphin spotting boat trips. Breakfast can be pre-booked on arrival for £9 per adult and £5 per child.

We have 6 (3 listed) refurbished rooms in the Coach House which sits in the courtyard of our 16th century Inn. Our home is a cozy stone walled, oak beamed, traditional Inn with an inglenook fireplace, perfect for relaxing and using as a base if you are looking for holidays around cycling, riding, walking, fishing, sightseeing, bird watching, there is so much to do here in the valleys of Ceredigion. We are 25 mins from the coast too! We welcome pets in specific rooms, we are not licensed.

Room No1: Family Room at Bryn Berwyn

A bright and spacious family room offering idyllic views of Cardigan Bay. A newly refurbished bathroom that is stylish and functional. Each Family room has a king bed & two single beds, perfect for a family getaway! This room is part of Bryn Berwyn Country House, a boutique hotel. We have a bar offering wines, beers, spirits, and locally produced ales, a drawing-room to sit and relax with sea views. Locally sourced continental or cooked breakfast included in your room price.

Ffynnonwen B&B is a family run, recently refurbished, clean and fresh bed and breakfast located just outside the popular village of Aberporth. Set in 9 acres of countryside with views across the fields and lakes. All our rooms are ensuite and breakfast (using our own fresh eggs) can be enjoyed in our spacious dining area or in our bright conservatory. We are family friendly and can provide a high chair and travel cot for our younger guests.

Townhouse No.1 is a stylish boutique hotel with modern amenities in a tastefully refurbished Edwardian property. Situated in a quiet location and benefitting from an automated self-service check-in. Townhouse No.1 offers a range of six spacious en-suite deluxe double bedrooms, a modern self-contained ground-floor studio apartment with its own private court yard and a two-bedroom flat with its own access to a private patio and garden.

Pebble Beach is 1 of 3 rooms in our rural, country Inn. Along with the king size bed there is a pull out single. This first floor room in the Coach House has external stairs, there is an ensuite bathroom and all the comforts you would expect, and a little bit more. Continental breakfast: provided in a hamper for your room, or use the dining room in the hotel which is included in the price.
