Sunset View is our cherished family holiday home, nestled in the heart of the Cotswold Lakes. A luxurious Scandinavian style lake house, the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy spacious open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto a large sun deck with direct access to the tranquil lake. Spend the days paddling on the water, firing up the BBQ or simply soaking up the surroundings. In the evenings, sink into the hot tub with a glass in hand and take in the stunning views as the sun sets over the water.

The Annex

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
