Es un apartamento totalmente reformado a 100 metros de la playa. Muy cerca de los mejores restaurantes y el puerto de la Guardia con acceso a 2 minutos a supermercados y tiendas. Esta en la primera planta y se compone de 1 dormitorio con TV FHD - Smart Tv, baño con bañera y cocina totalmente equipada incluyendo lavavajillas, zona de café, salón con pequeño escritorio, sofá cama, calefacción y TV Smart Tv. Situado en una calle de escaleras con mucho encanto y ambiente muy agradable en la zona.

Maison de pêcheur directement sur la plage rénovée en 2009 pour en faire une maison de vacances. Nous avons gardé l’authenticité du lieu en y apportant tout le confort nécessaire. La maison fait 48m² et est très bien agencée. La terrasse fait 50m² et est aménagée. La salle de douche donne sur la terrasse. C'est une maison hors du commun ou vous dormirez avec le son des vagues. Le double lit indiqué est en mezzanine, équipements pour les bébés (table à langer, baignoire bébé, chaise haute)
