It only takes about five minutes to reach the city center,the old town or the beach on foot and the apartment is on the second floor with lift. This charming apartment has two private balconies with a magnificent view, equipped with outside tables so you can enjoy your meals with a view.There are two beds and a sofa which is easily expandable to two a bed, so the apartment is perfect for couples or families with children.

The apartment is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite smart TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.

We would like to inform you that our apartment DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONERS and ener efficient appliances. There is car parking at 10 meter away. In 15 minutes walk you are in the lidl super market and there is a mini market at 300 meter away.Also the famous caffe koukouvaya is at 10 minutes on foot.q
