Is built in remains of an old settlement (Bethonia) dating from around 1300 AD, hidden in a spectacular valley.We offer our organic garden products in a traditional way of life. Spitia Katoi

Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. It is equippped with Starlink satellite internet. Spitia form an inspirational environment for the setting of a magical holiday, ideal to bond with your loved ones, spend time together and enjoy some stress free time. The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Chic Country Cottage For Two....

Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται στο χωριό Σφηνάρι Κισσάμου γνωστό για την παραλία του , το φρέσκο ψάρι αλλά και το υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Ιδανικό μέρος για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας με δυνατότητα πρόσβασης στην θάλλασσα εντός λίγων λεπτών με τα πόδια. .

Beach house in Agia Marina

This newly rebuilt beach house is located at Agia Marina, a village about 8km west of Chania. Touching the sandy beach, 20m from the sea is the private front yard of the house. Relaxing on the front yard near the mulberry tree, one can gaze at the Thodorou island not far away from the coast. The house can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of people in it's two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra WC and a cozy living room.

Little farm house(7 minutes from elafonisi)

My house in farm is located in Stomio village which is 5 minutes before the monastery of Chrysoskalitissa, the small beach "Aspri limni" and 12 minutes from the famous beach Elafonisi(by car)! During your stay here you can explore the area also by walk, you can see old schools, Turkish hammam, waterfall and a deserted beach "Stomio" with pebbles and some sand.
