Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. (This property has been granted an exemption and does not accept pets or Service animals due to allergies.)

This charming farmhouse along with its matching studio cottage located right next door is nestled under 5 very large oak trees on 30 acres. Property consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy bond fires, star gazing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and wildlife watching. Please note: Additional fees are required for events so inquire prior to booking. Fishing and swimming are permitted. No fishing license needed.
