Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

By car, the stunning beaches and coastline of Moray can be easily reached, as can the hills and distilleries of Speyside.

It is a spacious modern flat with all mod cons and open plan kitchen / sitting / dining area leading onto a balcony with views down to the river and Thomas Telford Bridge.
