The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

Then we have the house at Kerr Lake for you? One adult dog per stay allowed. All guests must be non smokers of any kind. A 5-8 min walk down the path in the back takes you to the lake. Hiking at nearby parks. Shopping, restaurants, golf, brewery, and boat ramps within 10 minutes.

Kerr Lake Escape | Dock + Beach Access

One of the few Kerr Lake rentals located right in Clarksville. Party in Slow Motion is a beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA lake cottage near Clarksville with views of Buggs Island/Kerr Lake. Located just one row back from the water, it’s an easy ~100 yard walk to our private slip dock and quiet beach access in a calm cove. Two kayaks are included for exploring the lake. Ideal for families, fishermen, and small groups, with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Rest for the Weary 2 (catch and release from pond)

Nestled on 22 mostly wood acres, "Rest for the Weary 2" in South-Central Virginia is 30 minutes from Farmville (location of Green Front), in Lunenburg County. We're 7 minutes from Southside Virginia Community College, and 15 minutes from Hampden/Sydney College, and only 9 minutes from the Waverly Estate, a wedding venue in Lunenburg County. We're about 30 minutes from VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital.

A cabin on a 20-acre wooded site with a pond in Keysville, VA, near Farmville, VA, home of Longwood University; historic civil war sites; state parks, such as Twin Lakes; an hour from Lynchburg home of Liberty University; 45 min from Appomattox, VA. The cabin has a water cooler with a built-in Keurig. EV charging is only with a 30 or 50 amp RV style plug.
