We are located at the foot of lookout mountain. The space is also a 3 minute walk to charming Historic St. Elmo, where you will find, Mr. T's pizza, The famous Incline railway, restaurants, boutiques, yoga, rock climbing, salon, a relaxing salt cave, ice cream parlor, a local brewery & so much more!

Blinds and PDLC film on each window enable privacy while large windows bring in light and fresh air. And don't underestimate the smart toilet/bidet! *19 minutes from Howe Farms wedding venue* This cottage is a quaint getaway on 16 acres. While you'll feel far away, you're actually right in the middle of town with quick access to I-75 + Lee U. Filled with natural light from the many windows, you'll have a view of the rain water creek from your private deck. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living a room with a roku tv, and place to share a meal. This home shares property with our personal home.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Country setting, 40 minutes to Chattanooga Tennessee, 10 minutes to Trenton Georgia, 20 minutes to Lafayette Georgia. Three miles to Cloudland Canyon State Park. Thirty seven minutes to Tennessee aquarium. Convenient to Canyon Grill, Cafe 136, Lookout Mountain Pizza 2 miles ( open Thursday through Saturday). Hiking, hand gliding, caving plus other available activities.

Reconnect with friends and family in our newly remodeled guesthouse. The main living space is open and light filled. A great place to enjoy a family game night. The bedrooms are just the right size to enjoy a restful nights sleep. Need to do laundry- no problem this guest house has it’s own laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Roast s’mores by the backyard fire pit and enjoy watching the lightening bugs from the deck.

Welcome to the Highland Hideout, located in historic Highland Park! It's just minutes from downtown and Southside, full of amazing restaurants, bars, music venues, breweries, etc! You'll have easy access to Lookout and Signal Mountain if you are wanting an outdoor escape. Don't forget about the Tennessee River, where you can walk, bike, or kayak just minutes from our carriage house! Hope to see you soon!

The Carriage House

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1930 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
