The studio is situated on a quiet private road overlooking an area of outstanding natural beauty, within easy walking distance to the riverside village of Goring-on-Thames. The self-contained studio is on two floors, which is bright, airy and furnished well with a private entrance. You can get fantastic views at the top of the garden and, better still, from the top field. Breakfast basket including cereals and bread, milk, juice and fresh ground coffee and a selection of teas will be included.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

A newly created annexe situated on the outskirts of Checkendon. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the heart of the Chilterns you will enjoy rural views out of every window. Their are many beautiful walks and cycle rides on our doorstep as well as a myriad of local pubs, equestrian centres and a farm shop. The small market towns of Wallingford and Henley on Thames are just 10-15 minutes away. There is parking outside next to the stairs to the flat, a car is advised.

On the edge of the village, surrounded by fields with walking/cycling/riding; paddle boarding nearby, and easy road access to Henley, Goring, Oxford & Reading. This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

Olcote offers four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a further reception room with a double sofa bed, an open plan fully equipped luxury kitchen, a relaxing lounge area and dedicated workspace. Olcote comfortably sleeps 10 guests and welcomes well behaved pets.
