Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit our Nubian Goats Dolly, Daisy, and Dixie.

Just at .6 miles to the Alarka Boat Ramp & Marina, less than ten miles to downtown Bryson City, 20 minutes to Nantahala Outdoor Center, under 20 miles to Cherokee & Harrah's casino, 30 miles to The Dragon's Tail. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the front porch while waving to passing vehicles (most likely a family member!).

Vintage style creek side cottage. Built in 1938. Perfect couples getaway. Cozy up on the day bed on the covered back porch and enjoy the sound of the babbling creek. Conveniently located to lots of activities such as hiking, rafting, shopping and local breweries. 8.8 miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Only 3.7 mi. to Cherokee and 8.5 miles to Bryson City. Fully stocked kitchen. Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, cream and sugar provided. Smart tv and wifi.

Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?  This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

This charming, renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sits hidden away from the hustle and bustle just 3.5 miles off the main highway in Townsend. Nestled against a quiet forest and babbling creek, it’s the perfect escape while still close enough to dine out, shop, tube Little River and access everything the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one mile from Balsam Mountain Preserve, fifteen minutes from WCU, twenty five minutes from the Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Cherokee Casino and thirty minutes west of Asheville. My gravel drive does have an incline that even small cars can make it up easily. Motorcycles and trailers may find it hard to navigate.
