The annex has its own entrance and features stone mullion windows and exposed stone wall. Facilities include wireless internet access, walk in shower and stand alone bath, super king bed, Smart TV with Netflix, well-equipped kitchen, bi-fold doors onto your own patio part of the larger cottage garden, under floor heating.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Immaculately presented Self contained garage conversion with own entrance door and en suite walk in shower room. Modern bright and spotlessly clean spacious bedroom The room has ample sockets usb points tv wifi desk and lamp tea and coffee making facilities and a mini cool box/fridge. There is a lockable fire door to the main house which is kept locked. Ideal for business guests close to J14 of the M1 and Willen Lake and handy for Silverstone. Free parking on driveway.
